The Hockey Show - Episode 560

The Hockey Show, Canada's only campus-produced radio show that strictly talks hockey, returns tonight to wrap up Survivor: NHL Playoffs! The annual contest came to a close this week with Vegas's resounding 9-3 win in Game Five, and we know that Mike prevailed in the contest. While he's still choosing his prize, we're hoping that both finalists - Mike and Wayne - will be around for an exit interview tonight. We'll see if we can get them on the phone at 5:30pm CT for a little fun!

Teebz and Jason are going to see if they can wrangle the two finalists to join them on the show for their teams' exit interviews. I know Wayne didn't expect to see his team there, so hopefully both men will agree to be on the program tonight to chat about their teams' fates. There will also be discussion between the two hosts about Vegas's win, some of the injuries suffered by Florida, the pile of Canada West news that hit the press release machine this past week, there were some U SPORTS guys who won the ECHL's Kelly Cup, and, if we have time, we'll chat about the Winnipeg Ice and some of the challenges they face this season when it comes to calling Winnipeg home.
