The Hockey Show - Episode 572

The Hockey Show, Canada's only campus-produced radio show that strictly talks hockey, finishes off Season 11 of the program with a pile of news from a number of corners of the planet. It's hard to believe that this program has been doing a weekly show through all the summers, through all the hockey seasons, and through changes in the co-host seat, but we're still going strong in chatting about all the news that may fly under the radar. Whether we broadcast from the studio on Treaty 1 Territory at the University of Manitoba, from London, Ontario, from Charlottetown, PEI, or from a number of other places we've been privileged to visit over the years of doing this madness, we want to say thanks for making The Hockey Show on UMFM a part of your life every Thursday at 5:30pm CT!

Teebz and Jason have a ton of PWHL news to go over that will include the woman to the left - US defender Megan Keller - in it as the PWHL got itself six general managers and a pile of players signed by today! Beyond that, the two hosts discuss a new league in Saskatchewan, a historic signing, a new boss for a KHL club, an update on the Canadian women's para hockey team as they played in Green Bay, an update on the IIHF's and Ivan Fedotov's saga, an insane deal for Jake Sanderson, a new place to hear news about a specific Canada West team, a selfish press conference held by the Oilers, and Jason has a big announcement!
