The Hockey Show - Episode 595

The Hockey Show, Canada's only campus-produced radio show that strictly talks hockey, should have two hosts who can start the show on time this week after traffic caused Teebz to be late last week. What a chump! In all seriousness, both Teebz and Jason are excited for tonight's show as they get to speak to an incredibly talented young woman who finished her final season in Canada West play two weeks ago, and she has the whole world in front of her. Teebz and Jason are proud, honoured, privileged, humbled, and pleased to welcome graduating MacEwan Griffins forward Makenna Schuttler to the show! Makenna has done a ton of incredible things in her hockey career as we'll find out, but our hosts will chat with her about growing up outside Edmonton, setting some cool records with the AFHL's St. Albert Slash, finding her way to Ottawa, finding her way back home to Grant MacEwan Univeristy, her experiences in both the OUA and Canada West, some career highlights, and what the future may hold after obtaining her degrees from MacEwan! Makenna's university career may have come to an end this season, but she's going to do amazing things in the future based on what we know about her!
