The Hockey Show - Episode 381

The Hockey Show, Canada's only campus-produced radio show that strictly talks hockey, hits the airwaves on the 101.5 megahertz frequency in the Winnipeg region and on the UMFM website tonight for another weekly review of all the things that caught our attention from the world of hockey! There have been a lot of things that have happened - gold medals awarded, jobs lost, jobs awarded, and much more - so we'll run through the key pieces of news that hit the radar as I sit with Bryan "Svenny" Sveinson and Jason Pchajek tonight to dig into the hockey news!

Both Bryan and Jason will be occupying the co-pilot's chairs on this show as The Hockey Show dives into Canada winning another World Junior Championship gold medal backed by a Winnipegger and a Brandonite, the Nashville Predators making major changes after they find themselves on the outside of the playoff picture looking in as the calendar flips to 2020, a startling admission on the air by a hockey analyst and how no one in the local media is questioning it, a shocking act of racism at a Quebec adult hockey tournament, Bisons hockey last weekend and this weekend, and a couple of major events that are coming up this month that you want to be a part of if you're into the hockey scene! It's another big show for The Hockey Show on 101.5 UMFM and UMFM.com tonight, so make sure you tune in at 5:30pm CT!

Where's the best place can you hear us if you're outside Winnipeg or not near a radio, you ask? The new UMFM website's online streaming player is pretty awesome if you want to listen online.
